I’m very disappointed in the service of this company. Two years ago I use them and they were exceptional. I dropped my car off last Thursday at 2 PM. It is now Monday evening and I still have not received an estimate. I have tried calling several times to get an update each time I’m promised they’ll get right back to me and they never do. I would be skeptical about using this company ever again.
Ryan and his team went above and beyond repairing my Mercedes. The repairs were amazing and the customer service during the whole process was excellent. I highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone looking for auto repairs. They do great work!
