My daughter took her car there. Andrea and the staff were wonderful but the work wasn't to our liking unfortunately.
From the minute I walked in until when I picked up my car the service was impeccable. Andrea was my contact person and she couldn’t have nicer or more efficient. She sent texts periodically to update me on progress. I got my car back one day earlier than expected. The work on the vehicle is perfect.
The manager Ryan took care of me. He was great! Walked me through everything. My car was ready a day early. Bonus because I was able to return my rental early. Work was spot on. Price was great too. No hassles, no B.S. upsell crap. They fixed what needed to be fixed to perfection. I hope I don't need to go there again but I definitely will go no where else if needed.
I had the unfortunate experience of someone hitting my car while I was in Kroger and didn't leave a note. My car was hit hard enough to crack the bumper, sensor had to be replaced, and paint repairs. I cannot say enough positive things about this location. Andrea and Kathy were very friendly and made me confident everything was going to be ok. They communicated with the insurance carrier. I got into a little fender bender accident and I took my insurance company's recommendation to go with Crash Champions of Troy. To be honest I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews. However, I had the best experience! I dropped my car off on 3/10 and they organized transportation for me to pick up my rental. I was told my car would be finished in 2 weeks but it may take longer.
