My truck was repaired by Crash Champions nearly ONE YEAR AGO. At the time of the repair, I was told a few parts were unavailable and that they would contact me when the parts came in. Since then, I have called and stopped in multiple times trying to get updates, and I still do not have the parts. Not once has anyone proactively reached out to me with an update. Crash Champions gave me a quick estimate for the damage to my truck, they took their time getting the estimate right maximized the amount, and made sure that I understood that if they replaced a certain part other parts can be affected and that it was a preliminary estimate they did it quick and they were ready to listen, and they’re very good listeners to someone who is frustrated with the situation
