Fran is amazing! That woman knows her stuff. There's not much is love more than someone who knows how to do their job. She guided me through the whole messy insurance stuff and made sure we were taken care of and not taken advantage of. A true gem she is. Thanks guys...for everything.
I was so happy today!! I went in to get an estimate on my bent door on my Nissan. I was expecting to pay 1,000 to fix it. I was backing out of my driveway, and I had forgotten to shut the driver side passenger door. I hit the house, and it bent in. The door now wouldn't close all the way. Crash champions were the best! They worked with me in every way to get my car fixed. For what I expected to take 2 weeks they were done in 3 days. I know for a fact anywhere else would have taken so much longer. Not only did they treat me awesome my car was taken care of as well. They cleaned my all weather mats, that had seen all the gunk of winter. I was not expecting that at all. I had a great experience with Crash Champions. Handing my car off to them was simple and quick. Once they had done the inspection they texted me an estimate of time it would take to fix the car. Everyday I would get a text letting me know the progress of the repair until the day they told me to come pick it up. It made me feel like I was in on it and reassured.
