I was rear-ended and contacted this collision shop to repair my truck. I explained upfront that my vehicle has an interlock system installed, and I was told they could help and to bring it in after the New Year because they were very busy. I waited several weeks based on that information. When I finally brought my truck in, the experience was extremely disappointing. This shop and crash champions in general are awful the work is terrible the service is worse and they are crooks , they charged my insurance for a bunch of new parts when most of the parts were used or the original , many of the parts didn't exist , the vehicle had to go back to them 3 times before we gave up DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Just needed to get a ball park quote from photos and estimator wouldn't even talk to me. I wanted to keep my business in the neighborhood, but now I have to go where they will do business with regular folk, not just insurance jobs.
