This shop and crash champions in general are awful the work is terrible the service is worse and they are crooks , they charged my insurance for a bunch of new parts when most of the parts were used or the original , many of the parts didn't exist , the vehicle had to go back to them 3 times before we gave up DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Just needed to get a ball park quote from photos and estimator wouldn't even talk to me. I wanted to keep my business in the neighborhood, but now I have to go where they will do business with regular folk, not just insurance jobs.
after being hit by a total idiot my car was taken here , and after speaking to Albert he has gone above and beyond to get my vehicle back as it was and on the road and it's been a pretty good experience considering
Unfortunately needed their services twice. Great work and repairs done quickly but with great care to detail.
