Update: 08/20/2026. So John and Dwayne were fired. New manager Joe really did his best to get things right finally after a total of 20 one way trips. He did a great job and I think that he got it right. We'll see. After 3 days I'm much happier with crash chanpions. Tomorrow will be my 17th one way 2 hour trip from Brenham to Houston to get my car properly fixed with all the required parts. They have left off brackets that hold on the bumper. Both sides. This was one of the worst experiences from a body shop from the lack of communication/understanding from the insurance company to them, the assessment, to pick up. All they did was take photos of my car and told me it would take a week for some minor repairs from being hit. Cool. It took them a week to even let me know that there needed to be further repairs and they needed my car for an additional few days. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Crash Champions think twice before trusting them with their vehicle. After they repaired my car, I noticed an issue that clearly wasn’t right. I took it back expecting them to stand behind their work, but instead, Albert—the same person who helped me the first time—tried to downplay the problem rather than take responsibility and make it right. Believe the negative reviews. The workmanship was poor, and I had to bring my vehicle back multiple times. The good customer service disappeared as soon as I questioned the quality of the repairs. The shop used non-OEM parts, and there are noticeable gaps throughout the vehicle. When I raised my concerns, I was told the car would “never look good because it had been in an accident,” which makes no sense considering the purpose of collision repair is to restore the vehicle as closely as possible to its pre-accident condition.... read more
