Don’t come here expecting a quick process. I showed up to drop off a car today, and over 30 minutes later we still haven’t been helped—even after checking in. They even skipped us in line to take care of another car. When we asked how much longer it would be, they told us they’re overbooked—clearly poor planning on their part. Insurance said this would be a simple drop-off, but that definitely hasn’t been the case. Very frustrating experience.
My truck looks immaculate as it hadn’t been in an accident. Their kindness and expertise was surrendering flawlessly. I would recommend Crash Champions to anyone who is looking for auto body repairs100%
Steve and the team were great. I would have given it five stars, but unfortunately I had take the car back because there was a leak in the new radiator that was replaced that came from the dealership. It resulted in the car dying on me and me having to call Crsh champions again. Fortunately, they were able to come and pick up the car and put it back up to look at it and repair my car.
We found ourselves with a sudden flat tire and this was the first turn off Bell Rd. We started to get our jack and other equipment out of vehicle and 2 workers came out and insisted on putting on the spare tire. They would not take any payment from us. Way to go above and beyond!
