Misleading TRUST. I left my 2022 MB E450 there after an unsecured load blew back on my car. No call back with an estimate from Crash Champions at all. They forgot the car alert me when the door is opened and it was not until day 3 and on the day the rude disrespectful guy said he did not want my business the door had not opened at all. I was told the Service person a Hispanic Gentleman told Allstate it had a rick chip and that made my claim void. Nobody called to ask questions. He assumed.
