I usually do not leave reviews because I do not want to sound like a Karen but they gave us two dates our car was supposed to be done and it still is not finished I understand shops are busy and it is hard to get parts but they have no source of communication and we have to keep calling back and checking after a long time and our car is still not done. They need to stop giving unrealistic promise times
It took them 5 and a half months to repair my car after my insurance told me it would take 2-4 weeks. They are terribly slow and don't communicate well. Every time I called for an update it was an excuse about why the progress is slow and "it'll be done soon" just to push back the finish date by another week. They'll never see my business again.
Cameron is and was extremely extremely helpful and caring and respectful and extremely extremely professional and he is truly truly the greatest employee and representative and person ever I truly recommend him to everyone for help I truly loved having him as the one that was keeping me updated and posted and helping with any questions or anything that I needed
Would love if they could send my estimate to insurance. Trying to pressure me to schedule repairs before anything’s been approved, won’t answer a phone call to save their life
My car is currently at this shop. I have called them was what is immediately told to hold please waited for over five minutes. Then the line disconnected. I have called them back several times with no answer. Already not looking good. My car has not even been checked out and from what I’m getting from them right now. Seems like I might have a bumpy road ahead of me. Be lucky for the three stars hopefully we can turn this around and have a better outcome Update: it’s been nearly 9 hours and I still have not heard anything.
