I went last week for an estimate. They told me they would send it to me by email and I'm still waiting for it. The office staff is not qualified for those positions and I don't think with this experience it's a good place. Based on my experience, they have zero professionalism.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication & lack of completion of the estimate for damages to my vehicle. I have used them is the past & had no issues. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time. I went with another body shop.
