I’m not someone who likes to leave bad reviews, but I was referred here because of the good reviews and unfortunately my experience didn’t match that. I went in for an estimate after being in an accident with an 18-wheeler, and they were supposed to send the estimate to the truckers insurance company. That never happened. Don’t take your vehicle here if you expect quality work….zero pride taken in their work….used bed of truck as trash can….so many things half reinstalled…from hardware to snap clips, over spray paint in window, sticker glue and stickers half remove..so many things easy to catch….cant imagine how everything else not easily accessible looks. They broke a window trim snap on piece and just super glued it back on…Would stay far away…..their standards are very low here.
I would not recommend this place. I specifically brought my car to the sw military location because it was closest to me. Well they took it upon themselves to take it to a location much farther than this one. They expected for me to accommodate them, for me to drive to the much farther location to pick up my car. If I could give these people 0 stars I would. It was an additional 3 weeks of their estimated date. My insurance stopped paying my rental car and I was left with no transportation for 3 weeks.
