The bumper replacement was good, buuuut, my phone charger and dash cam disappeared, I told the person who was there what happened, I called the next day to find out what happened, the girl said that in the photos they took of the car they couldn't see any objects and I would have to take my car back to check, I don't have time due to my activities to go around or waste time, it was disappointing.
Drake was amazing from start to beginning of my experience. He was very efficient and my car was done very fast. Drake kept me in the loop with what was going on with my car and was very kind and respectful. I’d definitely return back to this location!
I would recommend Crash Champions @ 427 Murfreesboro Pike to a friend. They are in-network with USAA, showing the high quality service offered. They delivered my repaired car earlier than quoted. The General Manager and their associates acted respectfully and kindly throughout the process. Tyler gave updates on Tuesday and Thursday via text and phone calls, keeping me in the know of my car's repair status. I hope I don't have to see them again, but I will definitely return if needed.
If I could give less than 1 star to the Crash Champions located at 200 Main St Nashville TN 37213 I would do so. By far , (having had 2 vehicle totalizations in the past) the worst experience I have had with a body shop ever. Was assured by multiple associates (Johnny & Jordan) that I would be able to remove personal items from the vehicle before being towed to Copart and that my signature would be required to do so.
