My experience was like everyone else it took maybe 2weeks for my repairs. But they put the wrong headlight on my car not to mention my window doesn't rolled all the way up. I picked my car up Dec 31st 2025. It's now March 2026. I've called and email still no response about them installing the correct headlight. I will never take my car to another crash champions.
Crash Champions was amazing from the beginning to the end of this process. My car was stolen and they got it back in tip top shape. Luis G was the best, kept me informed the entire time.

My review is about the same as everyone else’s. This place was recommended through my insurance. The process was smooth and The Job was done as expected. Mines took a few days longer due to receiving bent parts twice in a row(not their fault). I didn’t mind my change being taken from my glovebox but I had to explain to my supervisor where a new $30 blanket had gone that was purchased for a homeless client with company money. Overall, I am pleased with the repair, but unpleased with the time that it took my vehicle was gone for a month. Someone from this shop stole my favorite souvenir lighter from Las Vegas and about eight dollars In quarters from my armrest, they also misplaced my driver side floor mat, but it was found in the shop, cleaned and returned to my vehicle the man helping me with my issues was kind and understanding and even offered to replace the money and lighter himself.
