I dropped off my car on April 8, and it took longer than I expected. I picked it up on April 18. I was very disappointed that they kept it for so many days, but to be honest, they did a great job fixing it.
I am truly grateful for the service provided by Crash Champion. I had a negative experience with another body shop that resulted in a significant delay in my car being repaired. As soon as I showed up to Crash Champions they gave me assurance even knowing what I went through with the other company. They alleviate my concerns and delivered in their service. We picked up our vehicle yesterday, and they did an amazing job! From start to finish, everyone treated us like family. Our car looks even better now than the day we bought it new! They even cleaned the inside which was not repaired and looks Amazing! Highly recommended!
Run! This is one of the worst companies that I have been to in 20 years and they didn’t even touch the vehicle yet. We took my mom’s car Toni. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful and try to force us into leaving a vehicle that was perfectly fine and drivable at their business. I’m not sure if the manager was planning on using the vehicle to go on vacation or what her problem was.
