Got my truck fixed here and had a great experience. Kasey and Ashley were super helpful, as they were able to answer all of my questions as well as keep me fully updated throughout the entire process. Great work done here.
Excellent service,no issues with the repair or the paint job. My vehicle was returned early. Small things like tape missed on the undercarriage (2 feet of it lol) but nothing ACTUALLY wrong. Minor details. Overall great experience.
Short version- I took my 2025 Land Cruiser to them and the repairs were poorly done. It took multiple trips to them and hounding to get any sort of resolve. Long version- we took the car to Crash Champions in Fredericksburg. We explained that the car was just a couple weeks old and they promised to take care of us and get it back to pre-accident. Great to experience. Friendly, professional, communicative throughout the process. Done 2 days ahead of schedule. The work was perfect, my truck looked like it never even happened.
I dropped off my car on April 8, and it took longer than I expected. I picked it up on April 18. I was very disappointed that they kept it for so many days, but to be honest, they did a great job fixing it.
