Still early, just picked up my car, but as of now they did a great job. I will say that my rear lights were not working when I picked it up, but they did fix it in about 10 minutes. Car drives great, and smells great. I think they shampooed the interior. Staff was friendly throughout.
Got rear-ended. My insurance recommended I take my car there. It has been THREE WEEKS and they still have not fixed my car!! Every week its another excuse. First they have to order parts. Then they call and tell me they got parts in. Then they tell me its fixed and out to be painted. Then they tell me the paint guy isnt in and I'll have it in a couple days. Then they tell me they still need to install a part. But how? Since the parts came in two weeks ago and we're installed a week later and it was sent out for painting. So ... read more
Brought my car in for hail damage. Insurance paid out over $3,000 for the repair and I paid $500 for the deductible. The actual repair was good and the front desk was friendly but my car was damaged during the repair. On the trunk the plastic was scratched and dented in and one of the bolts to the hatch was stripped. They tried to epoxy the bolt together instead of removing it. That's really lazy. Outstanding quality repair with friendly, helpful staff and a GM who genuinely tries to provide the best possible outcome... highly recommended facility.
From the moment we walked thru the door and then picking up our jeep the customer service is 100%. I appreciated the phone updates via text and phone calls. The repairs they did were perfect. Highly recommend .
