No response in over a week. I made an appointment, they took pictures, they promised to send an estimate. Called back in a few days, was told management would get back to me. Never heard from them. The lady who helped me take photos was nice.
Took my car here after getting t-boned by a truck backing up. The repair process has been frustrating with multiple trips to the shop. If you value your time, there's other options. Pros: The external body work was done well. They also vacuumed and cleaned the upholstery, that was nice. Cons: Before we dropped off our car, the battery worked fine. Everyone is amazing from reception to techs. I was well informed throughout the process and my rental car was right next door so they communicated and set everything up for me. Thanks so much. My car looks great as well.
David and the team did amazing with communication and got my 2020 Infiniti Q50 looking just as good as it was prior to the accident, after going through so much a really tough time when battling that situation over insurance and what not with the other party. Upon heading over there I had my doubts at first just like working with any new body shop that has your baby in it, but all of that was immediately diminished with constant amazing feedback and updates being done with the vehicle and the look of it being back to OEM.
