Do NOT take your car here! I brought my car in to repair damage to my trunk and back passenger side, and this shop turned it into a nightmare. They had my car for almost 8 weeks (much longer than promised), kept pushing the completion date back, and because of their delays, I had to pay extra for a rental car. Everyone was nice except for Daniel, who’s incompetence overrode the whole experience. Every single time we spoke in person or over the phone (5 times) he gave an estimate when he would be calling me back with an update. Not once did he hold to his word and I had to call back myself every time - which he would then play off saying “oh yeah, was seriously just about to call you” when that call should’ve been 2 days prior.
