Have to give it a star, just to post... DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!! You will have to get extra damage repairs elsewhere... A small dent on my hood that was promised to be repaired within 3 days, took over a week, i tracked my car down with an unknown transport to Ontario for "repairs" ... Transport, further damaging my car's back bumper and muffler tip scraped and bent, my rear view mirror lid to my on-star was broken off and thrown in the back seat, for me to play puzzle games, to see where the lid came fro... read more
I walked in not knowing what to expect but from the moment I received their help I felt seen and heard! I would recommend them to friends and family. I appreciate their support, business and most of all kindness in my awful situation. Not to go all into it but drunk driver/parked car no bueno! Lol thanks again so much Crash Champs!
If you have a choice to go somewhere else, please do. Whenever you are going to pick up your car, ALWAYS INSPECT IT BEFORE LEAVING! I saw my car in the parking lot, before going in, I went over to take a look. Everything was fixed that needed to be fixed, but I found some damages that weren’t there when I left it. There were some cracks in the paint on the bumper, so I let them know and they took my car back and repainted the area.
