Albert at Crash Champions in Rowlett, TX was Amazing!!! He has some of the BEST customer service I’ve seen in a longtime. He explained the process of what would happen with my vehicle during the repair phase. He also answered any questions that I had, which really made me feel at ease. Albert constantly stayed in contact with me about the progress of my vehicle on a regular basis!! I highly recommend this body shop to anyone needing repairs.
I must begin by commending the service advisor - Albert’s professionalism, approachability, and dedication were truly appreciated. However, my satisfaction did not extend to the quality of the actual repair work done on my car. In all honesty, my car's issues were not effectively addressed and the workmanship did not meet the standard one would expect from a reputable body shop.

This company has poor bad side manor and total disrespect to animals! The cruelty to the cats in and around their shop is ridiculous as well. I had my car there to be fixed and it was not the best job as well as over spray to my hood with black speckles on a white hood. Go to a different shop!
