Great experience
I got into a fender bender and took my car here for repairs. They were great at communicating, repairs were done a week earlier than expected and they were friendly. They walked me through the whole process and communicated with my insurance company.
My daughter was rearended in early July. We took the car to crash champions in Rowlett based on a referral from State Farm. Ethan has been great in helping us and answering all of my questions and multiple calls and navigating through the insurance process. Thank you for great service Ethan!
Great comms and great final product
Make sure you call before your appointment and double and triple check that they expect you. I have had two different appointments and both times they were unprepared for me. Oh sir, you self scheduled. If self scheduling is a problem maybe a phone call would help. The front desk people seem totally disinterested in helping you. Repair the 1st time was good but CS both times, not great.
