I left my car there two weeks to repair the back of my Toyota highlander . They did a poor job , they told me they replaced the back truck . But internally they repaired i will post a before and after pic where you can see clearly they repaired the inside tear , also they didn’t use the Toyota parts . I took my car there after seeing the reviews but please be careful of this place , take your car to the appropriate dealership . Jadelin Lyons made a billing error. We have been harassed and threatened beyond their legal rights. Do not recommend this place for repairs.
Made an appointment online for 8am. Advisors were late. Found out they have a minimum of $65 an hour for labor if insurance claim. My insurance was only paying $60 an hour. Estimated 5 hour repair. They rejected it over $30 for a $1500+ job. Would not recommend.
