Made an appointment online for 8am. Advisors were late. Found out they have a minimum of $65 an hour for labor if insurance claim. My insurance was only paying $60 an hour. Estimated 5 hour repair. They rejected it over $30 for a $1500+ job. Would not recommend.
This was my 1st time using this company & I was very satisfied. The only thing was, that it took a little longer than the expected date (21days)& enterprise called me questioning me about the rental & return date. This was the only thing I didn’t like. The work was amazing & worth the wait & I received text messages 3x a week which was the 1st that’s ever happened… so that took a lot of stress off my plate. Mrs. Natalie and jadelyn were absolutely amazing. Not only did they keep me updated every step of the way, they have incredible customer service. I definitely recommend this location for any car repairs. They even cleaned my car for me. I’m beyond satisfied. They treat you just like family. 10 stars all the way around.
