I took my car in (State Farm Claim) and State Farm had Crash Champions held up for almost 2 weeks deciding if this was a total loss or not. Carmen the lady giving me updates stayed in touch with me and state farm then finally they gave her the go and the friendly report she would send to assure me it was ok and then the best part is that they had it completed in a very timely manner. Extremely efficient and friendly, they got everything done before the projected date, and kept me informed on every update being made. I couldn’t thank this service enough! All I had was on minor scratch on fender.. they are litterally the worste! A full month and I just picked it up yesterday after a whole month! And they didn't even paint the pinstripe where they fixed my fender. This place is a JOKE. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO ANY OF THESE LOCATIONS
