SHORT VERSION: It took from November until July for us to get our car fixed. The customer service was awful and on several occasions, I had to drive over to have conversations in person to get a straight answer or any progress at all toward fixing my car. Staff were repeatedly rude on the phone but were more polite when I drove in, so this became the only way to get anything done. I had my car repaired here from an automobile accident. My deductible SHOULD have been waived but I was told that I had to pay, so I did expecting to be reimbursed my insurance company. After 3 months of running around, and calling I found out that I was never supposed to pay the deductible, it had been waived and they have been paid. Hit a deer in my 2021 Chevy Silverado. This was one of Geico’s recommended shops. I’m glad I chose them! Fixed my truck in a timely fashion and looked brand new when done. An after market part insurance made them use didn’t work so I returned and they had a GM part ordered and switched out quickly. They also went above and beyond for me when I was there doing extras.
