We had zero problems with the work done, and the body repair itself was great. However, the office staff did not communicate throughout the process and was not helpful at all. I don't know if the assumption is because insurance is covering it, we don't need/want any information or what, but it's very unprofessional. My insurance company recommended Crash Champions (US 51 in Ridgeland location) to have my car repaired after a wreck. I have never needed collision repair services, so I trusted this recommendation made. I could write a novel about my experience, but just know I learned the hard way that this shop is dishonest and is not for their customers.
