Poor service. Lorie always promises to call back and follow up. The part was backorder without any updates and we had to call and find out. Now, we've been paying for a lease car and its been over a month. Now they can't even calibrate it causing even more delays and nobody knows nothing. I will never use them ever again!!!

I had a horrible experience at the Sunny Brook location. The service person was Ryan. When I brought my truck to be fixed from an accident he came outside and bearly looked at my vehicle and said we will call u with an estimate. I never got a phone call or a text message. I was not notified on the estimates or when my car was going to be repaired. I had to call every week. When I went to pick up my car it was so many parts on my car that was was put on wrong.
