Horrible service and communication. I called weekly for an update and was always told they would call me back, they never did. There was a 10 day delay due to the wrong part being sent, I called the day before the new scheduled finish date and was told it was still on schedule. Called the next day to make sure it was ready before I left to get it and was told “I was just about to call you, it’s delayed 5 more days because a part we received was broken”. Do not take your car here!!!! As a customer spending your hard earned money you deserve better. I have never seen poorer communication across the board. The staff makes excuse after excuse and gives you status updates that are flat out lies. I was told my vehicle was in paint two days prior to when it actually was. Then I was promised the vehicle on a Wednesday and then received an automated message stating it would be ready two days later on Friday at 5. I'd 100% recommend Crash Champions to others. They gave me daily updates while they were working on my vehicle. They were diligent in diagnosing what all would be needed to repair my truck. When I came to pick up my truck, they gave me a clear run down of what was done on the vehicle, the warranties included, and even had recommendations for me when I mentioned future vehicle modifications I'm looking into down the road. They beat their initial expected completion date.
Very good paint and body shop; however, there was an issue that they could not resolve. The silver trim piece on the bumper has a relatively largish gap where it attaches to the bumper. Most normal people wouldn't notice it though. Probably the best overall body shop I've used. Val is professional. Edit: 2.5 years later and I’m back for another repair. 3.5 stars this time around.
