I had a wonderful experience with Crash Champions! Very impressed with their customer service, quality of work and professionalism. I actually had a lower quote elsewhere but after visiting with the Manager at this location, felt best about the quality of work and they also worked with me on quote as a self-pay client. Do not take your car here!!!! As a customer spending your hard earned money you deserve better. I have never seen poorer communication across the board. The staff makes excuse after excuse and gives you status updates that are flat out lies. I was told my vehicle was in paint two days prior to when it actually was. Then I was promised the vehicle on a Wednesday and then received an automated message stating it would be ready two days later on Friday at 5. I got my car for the body shop there. The carwas not started at all after picking the car back . I called many times, They never responded, and claimed it is not their problem . The body shop quality is not good at all. Please don't use their service if you really care about your car .

My car was rear-ended, and is being fixed. I have a brain injury from the Army, and don't communicate well verbally. Brett runs the front desk, and he patiently helped me. He multi-tasked with several customers with kindness and efficiency. I'm impressed and very thankful.
