RecommendedEvery time we work with Service King they do an outstanding and timely job.
Horrible experience at this facility. I would avoid this place at all costs. Just because your insurance agency recommends them don’t go to any Service King. A friend of mine is a State Farm Agent and he says avoid this chain. And to top it off I’ve noticed they take down all their negative reviews. Just an FYI, a business can actually hire a company to get rid of negative reviews online.

This was the first time I had ever been in any sort of accident, and the staff at Service King were excellent the whole way through. I never felt judged or talked down to, they kept me informed every step of the way, helped to arrange my rental car, and the repair was amazing. I cried tears of joy to see my car back to better than when I bought it. They were transparent in the repair and delivered a quality job on time. I can't be happier with my car now. Thank you

I will not be going back to Service King. After picking up my '09 Wrangler, I noticed that there was a strange rumbling from the engine. I was reassured by Jim (who I believe is the manager) that I should bring back it if I am not satisfied. I brought it back and nothing was fixed. I am sure I will be told to bring it back and they will look at it, but at this point I have lost confidence.
