They are far beyond professional, kind and do outstanding work... I’ve used them more than once and each time it was a simple easy interaction. I believe the people there know how to treat people with respect. Fantastic customer service and communication. I think Jamaal is a HUGE ASSET to this company and should get a raise or promotion.
I hate that allstate use this company. So difficult to schedule a drop off and estimate. Call to schedule on a Saturday but got so many different answers from the call center and the shop. I guess my life I have to take time off work to drop off the car. My life involves around the insurance and body shop convenient.
