Great customer service, terrible repair times. I had this shop suggested to me by my Allstate agent, and while they got the job done well and were pleasant people to talk to, the time it took to repair my car was unacceptable. I got my car side-swiped on March 13th, called this shop and their earliest opening was the 19th, which seemed kinda far out but what do I know, I'm new to the area. I had a accident I took it there they promised a lot of stuff but they under delivered their promise unhappy with their service and unhappy with the repairs now I have to take it to a different body shop to fix their problems and their repairs which is going to cost me
