We just picked up our car that was being repaired from an accident last week. We had been backed into and the left front bumper was damaged. They didn’t fix all the damage on the bumper and when asked, claimed it was a “rock chip” and insurance claim wouldn’t pay for it. The issue is that it was part of the actual damage and they neglected to fix it. It is small but was clearly over looked. They flat out refused to address it and wouldn’t even talk about it.

We brought our four-runner in as a small fender bender that needed a front bumper repair, we were told that would be done in an allotted amount of time. We picked the car up, we were told we had a lifetime warranty on the repairs, and that we'd need to bring the car back in because the bumper wasn't aligned properly. Upon further inspection, incorrect parts were used on the inner fender lining, causing the tire to rub and make an obnoxious sound.
