I went to their shop to get a quote for two small scratches on my driver’s side rear door. Sam came out to inspect the damage. He was able to spray the scratches and wipe the damage off. He said, “There fixed it. No charge.” My car looks perfect! They’re is no sign at all that the scratches were ever there. Excellent customer service from an honest repair shop. Thank you, Sam!
I had a great experience at Crash Champions thanks to Sam. I had taken my vehicle to a few other shops before this and was turned away because they couldn’t source my rear bumper. Someone recommended I go to Crash Champions and ask for Sam, and I’m glad I did. He was extremely helpful and managed to find my bumper within a day. I also asked if they could repaint my front bumper, which he had no problem taking care of. I dropped my vehicle off Monday and had it back by Friday super fast turnaround without sacrificing quality.... read more
