This is related to the Placentia location. Based on my experience, if you care about this facility, which I suspect is a franchisee, about being a professional body shop or simply a responsible business and having its staff calling you back after calling them over 4 times in 12 days or emailing them, then you can do better a lot than this location. I dropped off my Mercedes Benz CLA 250 to have them fix my bumper, fender and headlight. My car was dropped off Saturday, May 3 and scheduled for completion for Monday, May 12. On pick up day, I called crash champions, and was told that my car was not ready for pick up because they needed to order two OEM Mercedes headlights because the aftermarket headlights they ordered were not operable. I had a very good experience at Crash Champions when my rear bumper got damaged in a minor car accident. This shop was recommended by my insurance company and the staff was transparent and kept good communication with me about the work that needed to be done on my car. They were even able to get it back to me earlier than originally anticipated and walked me through the repairs that were done once it was ready to be taken home to make sure I was satisfied. Geovanna the front desk lady was nice. But the overall customer service at crash champions was awful. They kept pushing back my date on when my car was ready. They said 10 days but it took over 3 weeks. They out me on hold for an hour for a simple question. The check engine light came on and I had to go back 5 times for them to fix it. Never going here again, very disappointed. But shout out to Geovanna.
