if I could give zero stars I would. kept my car nearly thirty days after I was hit by another driver, whose insurance was "covering the repairs". they returned my car to me not completely fixed claiming the problems happened before the accident, which it absolutely did not, my car was in perfect shape. I will never take my car here again and I will let everyone I know know about crash champions and their poor customer service and general rudeness.
Ben was great! I had a scratch down to the metal and he was able to get me in right away and his estimate was spot on! Car was done on time too!
