Everyone was so kind and helpful. Also, very efficient with keeping me updated on the status of repairs and when my car would be completed; made for a seamless experience. I would definitely come back here if needed in the future!
The receptionist approached my vehicle asking "um may I help you" in a very aggressive and hostile tone. I mistakenly made an appointment for out of pocket pay. Very condescending. My insurance gave me a bunch of places to drop by an get estimates and she proceeded to tell me that's not how it works in a rude tone. Ill take my business elsewhere.
Crash champions made a not so great situation a wonderful experience! They were super nice from day one, kept us up to date on the progress of our vehicle, and delivered when promised! Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant and smooth experience! Hope we never have to meet again but if we do need collision work in the future, we know where to go! Thank you!
