This place had my car for 3 weeks total. They pushed the date my car would be done 3 times. My car was getting some hood and bumper work done along with the left head light. The work they did was exceptional but when i got my car back I didn’t notice until that same night that my right head light was out also. This is something I feel like crash champions should’ve noticed while completing the body work since they replaced the left head light. I cannot thank the team enough for their excellent and timely service. After an out-of-state accident, I was on a tight deadline for school/work, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Their customer service was outstanding (special shoutout to Holly, who reassured me and empathized with me every step of the way). Most importantly, my car was repaired beautifully. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, efficiency, and top-notch work. Highly recommend x100000!
Excellent customer service. They did an amazing job, unfortunately my adjuster from the insurance company was trying to nickel and dime my repair on my car. The body shop got everything straighten out though. The insurance adjuster, not the body shop but the actual insurance of the other party, was extremely unprofessional and rude. He acted like an upset 3rd grader and had Temper tantrum storming around the parking lot, calling out the body shop workers and screaming at me for just wanting to get my car repaired.
