I had a small fender bender and AAA told me that the closest collision center to me was Crash Champions. Went, they checked out my car, I signed some papers, and gave them my key, and I MADE SURE to put my tire lock key in the middle console. Well, i get my car back 1.5 weeks later. First, their adjuster drove my car to me, and when I opened my door, I IMMEDIATELY heard a scrapping noise in the driver side, it would happen every time I would open the door. My 2025 HRV was damaged in a collision and I wanted to take it to my own repair shop but Progressive wanted me to take it to one of their accredited shops instead which was Crash Champions here in Pearland. As apprehensive as I was, everything turned out good despite some delays in the repairs due to parts not fitting properly. Chris was my initial contact then Zach took over.
