Well the work they did was good but it took them a month to do it and the communication was poor. I had to call them for updates and to get the estimate after being promised to get it twice. Then when I picked up my truck they had damaged my bed cover larch. They said they would replace it but after 6weeks of me following up. Still nothing so I just ordered it from Amazon myself had it in 2 days. Ridiculous that their customer service is so poor. Made it a disappointment for the whole thing..
Was involved in a minor hit and run and was referred to Crash Champions from State Farm. They did a fantastic job, were relatively timely based on the work needed, and so good with communication. The gal working the front desk is an absolute charming sweetheart, very fun to talk to. Thank you guys for everything!
Had my truck for almost a month and completely missed a broken panel and left my interior covered in dust. Also took a package out of my truck for no reason and left it out causing me to have to return and them find it for me. Now I have to bring my truck back for them to start the process over cause they missed a broken panel entirely. Not a good or thorough job at all. And didnt care to atleast wipe down the dust on the interior.

These guys are great, Jennifer is amazing. Peter is an excellent estimator, the work was fantastic. Crash champions is my favorite auto body corporation. Highly recommend
