Damaged by car during course of their estimate and refused to address it. Claimed they would warranty their work and then refused to. Classic bait and switch
This mechanic business was an option via my insurance company. I had damage to my front right wheel from a MVC. They sent my Jeep to Burts brother. I drove the vehicle 4 times and then the lug nuts on my wheel came off causing another MVC. The company denied negligence. I’ve been driving for 35 yrs and never has 5 lug nuts fallen off. The police and tow truck driver both stated that it was due to mechanic error. Do not trust this company with your vehicle
After my car was painted, it bubbled and was peeling. When I called to get it back in to get it repaired.I had a difficult time with the manager. It wasn't until I called headquarters that he reached out. He has poor communication skills. Never retirns ohone calls. Hes uninterest in his clients. T j, that is, there is very helpful.
Great service. Really good communication via text message. My Jeep repair was completed ahead of schedule.
