From the first visit I got the feeling they would take care of me. The repair estimate was quickly prepared and I thought it was reasonable so I authorized repairs. During disassembly they found some prior damage that they also added to my work order. I also had a rear carbon diffuser that needed attention and they did a good job in repairing that as well. Bad customer service, bad communication, short lasting repairs, inconvenient hours for a 9-5 worker, and argues over rental car for repairing their own failed repair. Got a body repair done a year ago bondo was used and I was assured it wouldn't crack. Sure enough less than a year later it started cracking. Due to their hours and not open on weekends it took months to schedule a repair time. I showed up for my repair after confirming with them. Found them to be dishonest, unreliable, lacking integrity behind the quality of service provided. I would choose a different service provider if possible. 💯 Shady practices…In bed with insurance companies, only out to make a quick dollar and will not advocate on the customers behalf. Insurance company of at fault party would only allow my truck to be serviced by a company in network.
