I went to this location because I had an issue with my truck’s door handle not working properly. I dealt with Sommer and Sara, and was impressed with their professionalism and attention to customer service. The replacement part was ordered, painted, and ready for installation within a week. WORST SHOP EVER! 3 months of going back and forth with unsatisfied work done on my car! Told me they were going to replace my headlight with a new one and they used a headlight that was all chipped! Replaced it again and same issue! Bumper issues aswell! “HAD” to buy a new one and STILL had the same issue and it wasn’t connecting. They tried blaming me when I literally complained before I left the shop! The owner was so disrespectful aswell! I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
