Really disappointed with this place. I took my car here previously and it took over 3 weeks to get my car back. No updates unless I repeatedly called. Unfortunately I decided to go to get an estimate from them today since someone hit and ran my car. Miss Amy took pictures of my car, provided no information as to what exactly is wrong, and gave no information into what they actually need to fix. 10/10 My car was rear ended and I was directed to this place for the restoration of it. The car was actually fixed before the time anticipated. I was given a certificate and it came out looking amazing. Thank you Ann/Amy for the outstanding customer service!!
We took our car in after an accident and they went above and beyond with the repairs. Not only does our car look good as new, they also detailed it, cleaned it, and it smells good. We didn’t get a choice in who repaired our car, (insurance picked for us) but when we do have a choice, we plan to choose Crash Champions.
