Great experience (minus the reason I had to use them of course). They got me in one day after I got hit. I was told it would be ready approx. the 16th, but received a call & text saying it was ready on the 11th. Throughout the process, I received updates via text letting me know what was going on. I got my car back looking brand new. I hope I NEVER have to use them again, but if the need arises, they will definitely be the only ones I'll call.

A few years ago my brother was in an accident and his car was sent here. They did an amazing job with his car so when the time came that i need a fairly decent amount of body work done i immediately went here as well. they did and AMAZING job with my vehicle it looks better than it did even before repairs were needed. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone in need of repairs. (Before and after shown)
My experience with Crash Champions in Oak Forest was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I brought my 2025 vehicle in after hitting a curb and damaging the passenger-side suspension (steering knuckle, tie rod, strut, stabilizer links, etc.). Stopped in to get a quote on getting my fender shield reattached to the bumper and they pulled my car around immediately, provided me with the necessary clips and had me in and out and under 15 minutes. Total professionals, excellent service!
