My Honda Pilots rear bumper cover was damaged in a hit and run. I went to Crash Champions in Oak Forest for two estimates with the intent to pay cash for the repair. Upon arrival the receptionist informed the estimator ( I believe his name was Chris) that he had a customer waiting. I came in to see how much it would cost to have my bumper fix, it was knocked out of place and I came in and they were able to fix it within 5 minutes and didn’t charge me! Highly recommend this center if you have any issues with your car. Thank you!!
Terrible, never again will Crash champions do anything for me!
I showed up at Crash Champions on May 29, 10–15 minutes before they closed at 5 PM, to retrieve my personal items from my 2017 Chevy Equinox. The woman at the front desk told me to come back the next day because they were closing. Fine. I come back on May 30, this time 30 minutes before closing, only to find out the vehicle was released without my permission.
