Had my wifes car repaired here. Everyone in the office were very respectful and kept me updated on the progression of the vehicles repair process. The work done on the car was beautiful! I would recommend this shop to any friend or family member.
I was referred to Crash Champions in Oak Forest by my insurance company for repairs. After picking up my car, a piece of molding came off the front while I was driving on the highway, creating a very loud and frightening noise. This was not only unsafe but showed the repair was not done correctly. I had to take the car back to the dealership to have the repair fixed properly.
