Had to bring my Lexus in for repairs after an accident. Eric was very professional and kept me in the loop with status updates over the course of the repair. The repairs that were recommended to me were very reasonable, and Eric answered all the questions I had during that time frame. Great service, no complaints, would recommend.
I took my car in to get repaired after an accident on 3/9. They do an estimate and the completion date was 3/28. They originally stated that my car was totaled but my insurance company stated that it wasn't and authorized the repairs. Once the stated that it was totaled the rental agency sent me an email that my rental agreement would end ln 3/17.
