I was initially set on giving this establishment 1 star as their customer service did not seem promising. We were given a less than two week completion date, however it dragged out to an entire month after repeated delays. It got to the point where I called Them every single day to ask when the car was ready, only to be told by our estimator, Jason, that it would be ready the next day or in two days. Current Rating: 2 stars (5/24)— with room to grow, if they make it right. The good (yes, there is some): One star goes to their automated messages — kept me in the loop from drop-off to pick-up. Another star for hitting their estimated timeline: they said 20 days, and on day 20, it was done. Not early, not late. Points for punctuality.
