Tried to get a corrective repair done from a service they provided prior and the lack of response was incredible. Devin looked at car, took pic, said he would call following week. Nothing. Went two more weeks with nothing. Finally spoke to him after hours on a Friday and never heard from him again. Called him two time and no response. Ended up calling ins carrier that was doing warranty approval and they too were unable to get any response from this person or shop. Had to go to another location for the corrected repair. We had a fantastic experience. Amazing customer service. Repairs were finished ahead of schedule and car was returned completely clean inside and out.

I am beyond grateful for Courtney and the beautiful work they did on my car. (Dolly had plastic surgery done 😂) I had someone back into my car for a hit and run, and while my car was getting repainted with a manufacturer paint recall, they were able to fix the damage for me as well. So thankful they did, as they found a safety sensor issue as well with the damage that needed addressed. Courtney was caring and went above and beyond to also help with a very tough situation. We will be long time customers with their business!
