Ricky the GM at the Adam’s lane location is amazing! Her shop fixed what the other crash champions on industrial dr could not. Ricky and her team are amazing but I truly believe it’s because a woman is leading the shop. She is more detail oriented as are most women and actually cares. I won’t recommend the bigger crash in MJ but I’ll recommend this small shop all day everyday.
Very disappointed with the service at Crash Champion. I brought my truck in for crash damage repairs that were approved by my insurance, including damage to the bed frame — yet when I picked up my truck, the bed frame issue was NOT fixed. When I questioned it, they claimed it was installed wrong from the beginning, which is unacceptable since the insurance specifically approved that repair. Things started out rough about a month ago when I had a minor accident with my Jeep Grand Cherokee after getting too close to a pole. The passenger side and runner were damaged, but the shop did absolutely amazing work on the body and trim. I got my truck back in less than two weeks, and they updated me every couple of days throughout the process. When I picked it up, you couldn’t even tell it had been damaged.
