Took in my car for repairs after filing a claim with Allstate. Since they are an affiliated Allstate shop, they said they didn’t need my Allstate repair estimate. I call a week later to check on the car and they said they couldn’t start any repairs because they didn’t have a claim number? Picked up the car and took it to a shop that knew what they were doing. Don’t waste your time here unless you wanna call every day to make sure they’re doing their job.
I had to change bottom cover of a sideview mirror for my Lexus. Lexus dealership wanted to replace the entire mirror for $1,600. I found the part in Ebay and had ordered it. Randomly, I stopped by at Crash Championships to see if they would be able to change this cover. I talked to on-site manager, Ryan, who was really helpful. He brought a technician to look at it.
