First time to visit Crash Champions. Quickly got an appointment for a quote on repairing the skid plate on my Honda Civic. The team was helpful, took a look under the car and offered to fix it on the spot, with no charge! It was an "easy" fix and I was grateful for their honesty and willingness to take care of it right away. You just don't see that too often in the auto repair industry. Thanks Crash Champions!
I am extremely happy with the services at this location. Josh Farmer who assisted me the all the repairs and kwpt me informed along the way. He went above an beyond to get the repairs completed. All of the employess where extremely helpful and nice which includes the front desk ladies and co-workers. Thanks again guys, for a job well done.
Yeah, I can not knowingly recommend this place to any one! Go to any other place other than here to have repair work done! 3 wks car still not done and I have to call constantly asking for updates! Parts are supposed to be their one day and 3 days later still not there. A constant move of the finish line! Then they state that if there is going to be any delays they will update you, just to not update you! Beyond pissed!
Great and friendly staff
Best experience I had at any type of automotive shop, Robert took care of my services after the big storm we had, I'm very grateful to have my car back to normal. Also the front desk lady (I apologize I forgot her name) she was amazing as well!
