The facility has had my car 3 weeks now. In the beginning customer service was great as of right now the customer service is horrible. No one has contacted me yet to provide an update regarding my vehicle. My car was to be ready for pickup on 5-26. No one called with an update and I've had to make all calls regarding the status. I was told someone would call me today and still no response. So disappointing 😞 unsatisfied customer 😑
