Janet & Trey were who I was working close with. They were fantastic with communicating with me throughout the whole process. I ended up getting my car back a whole week earlier than the estimated date. The workers did a phenomenal job with fixing my car it looks brand new! They even went an extra mile & cleaned the inside of my car which was quite dirty, very thoughtful. The parts are on nicely & the paint job looks great. No complaints whatsoever.
Vehicle was completed before expected completion date. Friendly staff. My car looked like new. I'd use them again if ever needed.
So disappointed in the service I received at Crash Champions in McDonough in June and July 2025. I brought my cars to be repaired there three times over the last six years. They did excellent work. However, for my last repair they forgot to do a minor touch up that they had committed to completing. I called several times over two months and went by the shop with no response.
