I took my car there after it had been in an accident. They damaged the car in their shop and didnt fix it until I said something. The hood didnt close properly either and I called that to their attention. They fixed it. The paint didnt match and I know new paint won't match for some weeks but it was unusually distinctive. The manager told me he had no idea what the car looked loked before they got it as an excuse and said there was black mold on the car. Yep there was but so? We had my suv repaired and it took way too long to replace a headlight and touch up paint. We went to pick it up and they left the emblems off and I had to replace them myself. We had to keep checking with them because we only had a rental for a month but they didn't care. It wasn't their money. Would not recommend them and the only reason we used them is because our ins. Company sent us there.
I had my car service by them in 2024. I am writing my review now because I have been more than kind and patient. The work they did was fair. However, when I picked up my car it was so nasty with some white dust everywhere. Plus, they're was this glue all on the backside of my car. No matter how I washed it it wouldn't come off. DO NOT RECOMMEND: I brought my car to this location almost 2 weeks ago. I have not heard anything regarding and estimate or any response from them. I called and was placed on hold for 25 minutes. I called multiple times from another line and the receptionist continued to hang up and eventually not answer the phone. When I asked for a supervisor she refused. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME.
