First our car repair was delayed by 4 days. We went to pick up the car 4 days after and found that repairs weren’t made correctly. We had additional cost due to the delay as well as the car not being done upon pick up. Front of the house was professional the back house however not so much.
The Crash Champions team did a great job from start to finish with our car. They worked directly with our insurance and car rental company to make it an easy process for us. They kept us informed throughout the process with updates. The car looks amazing and was restored back to the way it looked before the accident.
The people that work here really take care of you. Extremely professional and courteous. They communicate with you throughout the entire repair and make sure you are satisfied when the job is complete. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this Crash Champions location.
