I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled my appointment over two and a half weeks ago and even called the Friday before my appointment to confirm everything was set. My appointment was scheduled for June 15, and only a few days beforehand I was informed that they would not be able to work on my vehicle because they did not have the necessary parts. Someone in this car Shop stole a keychain off of my car keys. The keychain was there when I dropped my car off. The keychain was missing when I picked it up, ignorant as hell. I know it sounds ridiculous. Like why would somebody steal the keychain but it was one of the metal hook keychains that had a bottle opener on the side and a screwdriver and some ignorant person from their.
They did a great job. Professional, efficient and friendly. I like the location also.
Used to be happy with them.. they told me they would cover the rest of my rental, as they had me bring my car there for repairs to sit there before they even got the part, when it was drivable and I ran out of rental days— then I got the bill, and was charged- I have contacted them 3 times and no response- not sure if under new management— but would like the money back for the rental they told me they would cover.. pretty disappointing as they do good work and used to have really great communication— so maybe this will get t... read more
