The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful during the entire process. I got plenty of notifications about the progress on my vehicle, and now it looks even better than before! :)
They deserve negative stars! Minor damage from a deer impact. Still drivable. Had it in their shop for 2.5 MONTHS before discovering a seat belt malfunction that pushed the vehicle into a "total loss". My last text from them was it would be ready for pickup on 4/18/25. My insurance company gave me the bad news on 4/16/25. I can't comment on their work because I haven't really seen any of it. Their professionalism is absolutely lacking. This is a very bad place . Only way they stay in business is insurance companies like Allstate and State Farm reccomend them when you file an accident claim . I took my car there March 1st 2025 have a rental car Allstate my insurance recommended them and cover my rental car for 30 days. Its now April 4th 2025 and they say they dont know how long its gonna be. They dont care if i have to pay full price now for rental car . I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like there's no other way around this. This place was recommended by my auto insurance. I dropped off my SUV on Feb 15th after I ran over a dominos sign that was in the middle of a busy highway. My car was drivable, and only needed body work, plus its a 2023 model, I like it and want to keep it looking nice. They assured me it would not take more than 3 days to send info to my insurance and then order parts, get it fixed....done. Made it sound like I'd had my car in about 2 weeks if not ... read more
