Very unprofessional, wouldn't waste my time or money with this company especially with this specific location, my vehicle was not ready at reasonable time, took way to long, they communication sucks, the worst experience I've ever had with a collision shop.

They "fixed" my mom's back bumper and with her being a women they took advantage of her while fixing her bumper, the bumper lines are all out of whack out of alignment and looks like a job or a 2nd grader. I'd take your car anywhere else then here

Continuously pushing back my pickup time last minute, and telling me they “ordered the wrong parts” or “parts came damaged” yeah that’s making me think they just ain’t doing their jobs. These people got work they need to get to themselves and having to rely on other people to get there while this company seems to have a common issue of “ordering wrong parts” Aint no way I’m coming back here just to have my car taken for 20 days again.

I would highly recommend crash champions for anyone trying to fix their car. The staff was amazing and very helpful. And to top it off the work done on my car was amazing and done in a great time. Thank you crash champion!!
