EDIT 4/4/25 I am actually still waiting for them to repair my automatic tailgate lock. The previous manager had discarded it when the tailgate was painted, and the new manager had said that he would order the part. I was then told they could not locate the part and could not do the repair. I then did 5 min of research, found the correct part from nissan, and gave them the part numbers. Haven't heard back from crash champions and that was over 3 weeks ago. Honestly I don't have much faith in this place in regards to Nissan re... read more
Great and friendly staff, great work got my car fixed quickly!
Crash Champions did an outstanding job on my 2019 Elantra. The staff was efficient and courteous. What I especially liked were the frequent text updates on the status of the Elantra's repairs and the estimated completion date.
EDIT 12/9/24 Crash champions is working to correct the issues. When actual repairs are done, the quality is good. They also work with the Enterprise, which is convenient. Beyond that, you have to be careful. Repairs were extremely delayed as wrong parts were ordered, and my truck bed liner was not even re-installed when they tried to give the vehicle back (they just threw it in there. Literally). Also, a broken light from the accident was marked as previous damage. Staff said I was there when they marked it, which was a lie.... read more
