I would give ZERO stars if possible Car owners BEWARE FIRST interaction with this Joke of a shop was when I got an estimate to repair some damage to my truck. They wanted to replace the entire truck bed at a cost of 4k+ Funny thing. I found a legitimate shop with experienced body technicians. That were able to pull out the Small dent. And repair it. Second experience they are refusing to give me updates on a vehicle I own. So I guess Registered Owners have absolutely no rights to be informed about updates for vehicle repairs... read more

EDIT 4/4/25 I am actually still waiting for them to repair my automatic tailgate lock. The previous manager had discarded it when the tailgate was painted, and the new manager had said that he would order the part. I was then told they could not locate the part and could not do the repair. I then did 5 min of research, found the correct part from nissan, and gave them the part numbers. Haven't heard back from crash champions and that was over 3 weeks ago. Honestly I don't have much faith in this place in regards to Nissan re... read more
