Incredible experience. Best service I’ve ever had at a collision center.
Horrible people and extremely careless staff. I made it clear over the call before I went there over the call asked them so many times I want to do the car repair estimate independently and they said okay. I asked them so many times on the spot at the location too they said they’ll send the report. Especially *Shane* the receptionist . I towed my car all the way spending $160 dollars up and down. The team at Crash Champions has been responsive, helpful, and efficient in working to make sure I get back on the road. They have been the easiest company I've worked with for auto body repair, and they have gone out of their way to ensure they can meet me where I'm at with scheduling.
I had an amazing experience with this shop! They were incredibly efficient, took care of everything for me, and even hand-washed my car after the repairs. The beeping issue is completely fixed, and my car looks perfect. Kyle was especially wonderful—so kind, detail-oriented, and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!
