I’m actually at a loss for words for what I walked into today; got there at 4:40 pm so I could sign off on my car repairs and found the office unlocked and completely unattended with my personal information out on display along with my key within reach to any person who decided to walk in, not only that there was a number of keys unattended laying out on the back desk; After five or so minutes someone appeared and went to go find whoever was meant to help, I was then again left alone in the office for so long that I had to w... read more
They were really great at reaching back to me through phone call. During that time I wasn't able to answer but when ever I called back they gave me updates on how my vehicle was and showed me my estimate.
Had a great experience at Crash Champions Lake Conroe. The entire team provided excellent service and kept me informed throughout the repair process. A special shoutout to Monica at the front desk, she was absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, and always willing to help. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this team!
