Good customer service, got my car back in amazing shape. Was notified throughout the process. Was done a few days earlier then expected without sacrificing quality.
Dropped my vehicle off at Crash Champions on Wednesday Aug 5th. Just needed the grill replaced. Marvin & his team went above & beyond & did some extra work to make my SUV look brand new when I picked it up. And got all that done a day before the deadline!
IT was the worst experience to take my car to this place. My car has a minor damage. They let me know it would be ready in 2 weeks. From that moment i knew I had to get my car out of there. I needed to rent a car for work. And yet my car still wasnt ready,in more than 2 weeks plus 3 days was 17 days total. When i picked up my car the interior lights wouldnt turn off and the horn sounded different.And finally the touch sensor door handle it stopped working.
I had a wonderful experience at Champion Auto after my vehicle was damaged by a driver insured by State Farm. Randall and Lauren made the entire repair process easy and stress-free. Randall helped get my vehicle into service quickly, and Lauren at the front desk kept me informed every step of the way.
