Wish I cold leave 0 stars. Awful customer service, awful communication and no ability to actually repair a vehicle. My vehicle was originally schedule for pickup October 8th and has been postponed 8 times now and there is no end in sight. Will be FOUR MONTHS after the wreck before I am able to get it. They never have any answers. They never update anything. Absolute mess. Had exterior body work to be done on my car from hail damage. The communication from Valeria is & was horrible. She never calls or text to give updates. I did my part and communicated that I’m paying out of pocket for my rental so it would be great if I can have updates. Which she keeps saying my insurance is covering it but they are not! I know my policy and what I am paying for through my auto insurance. When I dropped my car off she stated it would be a two weeks process and would call if anything changes. ... read more

We got our car repaired here per insurance requirement. We had no issue bringing it here because the work they did on a previous car was fine. After work was complete, we picked up the car and EVERY light on the dash was showing. They told us that their software couldn’t clear codes for our car (NISSAN 400Z) and that we had to take it to Nissan.
