I would avoid if you can! Recommended by Progressive and they are awful! Never called to set up my car drop off (as Progressive said they would). I called them and set up appt, dropped off car and now it’s been 3 business days and they have no info or update. Oh, and I had to call them to find out that they had no info or update. Horrible service and no concern for someone’s only transportation. I hope the work they do is not as shoddy as the service they provide.

Someone crashed into my car and after everything with the insurance this place is charging me 500 DOLLARS to just put my car back together with none of the damages fixed and saying it could take 20 days Unbelievable don't come here if you wanna get your car repaired

Someone rear ended me, their insurance had me take it to this joke of a body shop. Now they want $500 just to get my car back. It was just supposed to be an estimate for repairs. Do Not Come Here!

I was told it would take roughly 7-10 days to fix well almost 3 weeks later and it's still not fixed which makes me think they don't know what they're doing if they have to take this long on repairs I would recommend not to go with this shop as they take an extremely long time

From other reviews seems I got the same Sandy experience. I had an unusual situation with a rear end hit and coolant leaking after. Hard to prove but also not impossible to not have in an accident. I requested if they could put vehicle on lift to inspect. She refused and did not tell the truth about not one but two different insurance companies procedures stating they would have to send to dealer only to inspect and state accident related.
