From other reviews seems I got the same Sandy experience. I had an unusual situation with a rear end hit and coolant leaking after. Hard to prove but also not impossible to not have in an accident. I requested if they could put vehicle on lift to inspect. She refused and did not tell the truth about not one but two different insurance companies procedures stating they would have to send to dealer only to inspect and state accident related. This is not accurate. A competent mechanic shop or tech can do that diagnosis. The ini... read more

I had a very bad experience at crash champions. I was sent there by State Farm, and right when I got there. Sandy was a one that was evaluated in my truck and right away. She had a terrible attitude. She told me. I was trying to commit fraud and said that my flyers were not gonna get covered because they weren’t on the truck. I talked to State Farm, and they denied to fix my flyers because of Sandy. Once the truck was done. They called me and I went to go pick it up.
