I had one of the easiest experiences with Crash Champions in Geneva. They were able to get me in for a quote right away, and they got my car repaired in a timely manner. Gauge helped me out and was very helpful, super sweet, and made sure to keep me informed. They were also very considerate of my work schedule, making sure that I would be able to pick-up and drop off my car when working full-time (you would be surprised by how difficult this can be with other shops that I looked into). I wish I could recommend Crash Champions, but unfortunately, I can't. I stopped by for an estimate, and they mentioned someone would get back to me within a week. A week went by, then two, so I followed up in person. I was told they’d get back to me by the following Monday, but weeks later, I still hadn't received a call or email.
