After my car was vandalized, I took it to Crash Champions for repairs, and they did an outstanding job fixing my broken window and door handle. Although it took a couple of weeks to get my car back, the entire process was seamless, and the team's responsiveness was excellent. I’m really impressed with their service and attention to detail. Let me start with my experience with Crash Champion Collision was extremely poor. first, what was quoted in terms of timeline of completion from two other collision places being 5 to 6 days of work turned out to be over 6 weeks of work when bringing my vehicle to Crash Champion. Do not bring your car here. We brought our car in in November after hitting a deer. The car took over a month to be complete with the company never answering their phone or returning calls when we tried to check the status. After realizing the windshield wipers could not be lifted up to brush snow off the car we dropped off the car off because they said they would get that fixed.
