Very poor customer service skills here, I had some work done on my car after a very heavy piece of ice fell from the roof of my neighbor's house onto my car, after the repairs were done I noticed a few things wrong, when I brought it to there attention the tech Mike that worked on my car became very rude and arrogant towards me denying the fact that the issues were existent before I brought my car in and made some pretty rude comments towards me, I found this to be very unprofessional on his behalf shame on him for accusing ... read more
I had my 2017 Chevy Trax LT for my driver's side door for repair from a accident! I am very pleased of the service and care of my car and a very quick time frame of work that needed to be done to my car! It was very nice of the repair guys to wash my car and cleaned the inside! My car smells like a new car now! Thanks Crash Champions for your service! Will choose you again!!
