I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Crash Champions on Marway Circle in Gates, NY. I dropped my car off on 3/21 for collision repairs and was told it would take about 10 days. Instead, I spent over a month calling for updates and hearing excuses like, “The technician didn’t show up today.” Because of the delays, my rental coverage expired. Not very happy with my situation at Crash Champion. Had to call many times of when the parts will arrived and never received a call and when I did the rental coverage was going to expire because the parts took forever. Was told by frontdesk lady that she can help us cover for the remaining time until the car was fixed but apparently Enterprise never received the memo... am currently trying to contact BOTH Enterprise AND Crash Champion to know when I'll get my reimbursement which I was promised. Very poor customer service skills here, I had some work done on my car after a very heavy piece of ice fell from the roof of my neighbor's house onto my car, after the repairs were done I noticed a few things wrong, when I brought it to there attention the tech Mike that worked on my car became very rude and arrogant towards me denying the fact that the issues were existent before I brought my car in and made some pretty rude comments towards me, I found this to be very unprofessional on his behalf shame on him for accusing ... read more
I had my 2017 Chevy Trax LT for my driver's side door for repair from a accident! I am very pleased of the service and care of my car and a very quick time frame of work that needed to be done to my car! It was very nice of the repair guys to wash my car and cleaned the inside! My car smells like a new car now! Thanks Crash Champions for your service! Will choose you again!!
